Share members receive a box of vegetables straight from the farm every other week. A full share is enough for 2 to 4 people, depending on your hunger level and diet. We harvest a variety of Certified Organic vegetables with you in mind. The staples of the winter CSA share are carrots, beets, kale, collards, chicories (endives, escaroles, radicchios), lots of braising greens, winter squash, garlic, and herbs. Mixed in throughout the season will be an array of vegetables, including: parsley root, potatoes, parsnips, salad turnips, rutabagas, brussels sprouts,leeks, shallots, onions, cabbage, popcorn and more.
